In May of 2005 Bob joined an NGO, the Canadian Executive Service Organization as a staff member, becoming the Vice-President of National Services. His responsibilities include overseeing the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Programs, the regional office structure across Canada, as well as general CESO management and leadership.

From August, 2000 to June 2004 Bob was the General Manager of Niigon Technologies, a world-class plastic injection molding plant at Moose Deer Point, ON, which is a joint effort between the Moose Deer Point community, Husky Injection Molding in Bolton, Ontario and the Schad Foundation. Bob joined the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) Board of Directors in 1996 and served as Chair for the period 2001-03. He served on an advisory council at the Banff Centre for Management in Banff, Alberta. He acted as a mentor in the Public Service for the Leadership Institute in Ottawa. Bob was appointed Executive Director of Aboriginal Business Canada (ABC) Department of Industry in Ottawa in 1993. ABC provides a range of programs, services and information to Aboriginal entrepreneurs and communities in support of business ventures. He is a member of Lac Seul First Nation and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.
